Notice of Preparation for a Draft Environmental Impact Report (January 2013)
Review period: January 15, 2013 - February 13, 2013
The Santa Clara Valley Water District (water district) will be the lead agency and will prepare an EIR for the proposed project (Project), as required by the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). During the January 15 to February 18 scoping period, the water district is soliciting input from the public regarding the scope and content of the environmental information to be evaluated for the Project. Your written comments will be considered by the water district in determining the scope of the EIR.
