Flood Protection & Stream Stewardship Master Plan
This important planning document lays the foundation for prioritizing the flood protection and stream stewardship work for the future.
In our current economic climate of budget constraints, the Flood Protection & Stream Stewardship Master Plan will establish a sustainable and fiscally responsible strategy for the program. It is important that the plan reflect the community’s values and priorities for future flood protection and stream stewardship efforts. Staff from the water district will provide a project overview and solicit public input.
Public Outreach, June - July 2010
Two public meetings were held on June 9 and 14, 2010. In addition, district staff met with various committee and external groups throughout June and July, to receive public comment on the planning process. The presentation and comments with staff responses from the meeting are available here:
