The Santa Clara Valley Water District main campus is served by the VTA Route 64 bus and the VTA Almaden-Chynoweth Light Rail. The Blossom Hill Annex is also served by the VTA Route 27 bus.

From Oakland:
- Take 880 South to 85 South
- Take 85 South to Almaden Expressway exit
- Turn left on Almaden Plaza Way
- Turn right (south) on Almaden Expressway
- At Via Monte (third traffic light), turn left into parking lot

- Take 101 North to 85 North
- Take 85 North to Almaden Expressway exit
- Turn left on Almaden Expressway
- Cross Blossom Hill Road
